A standard meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on this 20th of October, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the Condominium Clubhouse. Attendance at the meeting was good, with many residents in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Thompson, the President.
The minutes from were read and confirmed. Briefly, there was a upcoming renovation plans impacting residents.
- Residents expressed concerns regarding the amount of disruption caused by the repairs.

- Further discussion was held about installing a new security system.

Proposed Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments
The Raintree Condominium Association has proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes seek to update several aspects of condominium living.
